To begin this sacred ritual, first select the shloka that aligns with your purpose. Between 4 AM and 7 AM, during Brahma Muhurta, take a bath and wear clean, light-colored clothes. Remember your “Isht Dev” , chant “Om” for 25 to 30 minutes and sit in a meditative state to calm your thoughts. Place the Yantra of the specific shloka or the Complete Bhaktamar Yantra in front of you. Light incense and Deepak to create a fragrant atmosphere. Then, recite the shloka in a soft and melodious tone with the same devotion as Acharya Mantunga Maharaj, repeating the shloka at least 27 times, 108 times for Riddhi, and 108 times for the mantra.
Additionally, the water used in the Abhishek (if done) should be applied by the ill person or the one performing the ritual on their forehead, eyes, throat, and navel.
